Welcome to Webhelp Pakistan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Webhelp Pakistan ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Webhelp Pakistan provides the following services:
- Business IT Support & Consultancy
- Web Design & Development
- Web Applications Development
- Hosting & Maintenance Services
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- Monthly Dedicated Remote IT Teams
- Custom Software Development
- Cloud Solutions and Integration
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Types
We offer two types of accounts:
- Client Accounts: For businesses and individuals using our services
- Employee Accounts: For authorized team members and staff
4. Service Agreement
4.1 Project Scope
All projects will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement that will detail:
- Specific deliverables and milestones
- Timeline and deadlines
- Payment terms and pricing
- Support and maintenance terms
- Acceptance criteria
4.2 Remote IT Teams
For clients engaging dedicated remote IT teams:
- Teams are provided on a monthly subscription basis
- Minimum engagement period is typically one month
- Team composition and skills are agreed upon in advance
- Teams work in your preferred timezone
- Regular progress reports and communication are provided
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Service fees are specified in individual contracts or service agreements. All prices are in USD or Pakistani Rupees as agreed.
5.2 Payment Schedule
- Project-based work: As per milestone payments in the agreement
- Monthly services: Advance payment at the beginning of each month
- One-time services: 50% advance, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed)
5.3 Late Payment
Late payments may result in:
- Service suspension until payment is received
- Late payment fees as specified in the agreement
- Termination of services for repeated late payments
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Client-Owned IP
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of:
- Custom code developed specifically for the client
- Custom designs and graphics created for the project
- Content and materials provided by the client
6.2 Company-Owned IP
Webhelp Pakistan retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries
- General methodologies and processes
- Templates and reusable components
- Company branding and marketing materials
6.3 Third-Party Components
Projects may include third-party software, libraries, or services subject to their own licenses and terms.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Keep confidential information private and secure
- Use confidential information only for the intended purpose
- Not disclose confidential information without written consent
- Return or destroy confidential information upon request
Important: Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical data, customer information, pricing, and any information marked as confidential.
8. Service Level & Support
8.1 Business Hours
Our standard business hours are:
- Sunday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PKT
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM PKT
8.2 Response Times
- Critical issues: Within 4 business hours
- High priority: Within 24 business hours
- Normal requests: Within 48 business hours

9. Warranties and Disclaimers
9.1 Service Warranty
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
9.2 Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Early termination may be subject to termination fees as specified in the service agreement.
11.2 Termination by Company
We may terminate services immediately if:
- Client breaches these Terms or service agreement
- Payment is more than 15 days overdue
- Client engages in illegal activities
- Client abuses or harasses our staff
11.3 Effect of Termination
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- Access to services and client portal will be suspended
- Client data will be retained for 30 days for retrieval
- Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
12. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use services for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Interfere with or disrupt services
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via:
- Email notification
- Notice on our website
- Client portal announcement
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Power outages or infrastructure failures
- Pandemics or health emergencies
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Negotiation
Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations.
17.2 Mediation
If negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
17.3 Arbitration
Disputes not resolved through mediation may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Pakistani arbitration laws.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Webhelp Pakistan.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
20. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
